Pacific Electric transforms a historic industrial building into a vibrant live music venue and creative event destination rooted in Los Angeles’ independent music and arts culture. The design preserves the building’s raw industrial character while introducing contemporary performance spaces with state-of-the-art acoustics, creating a flexible environment for concerts, cultural programming, and community events that foster connection through shared experiences.
The project includes the primary performance venue, a lounge, and a series of outdoor terraces and gardens that extend the guest experience beyond the stage. Multiple commercial kitchens and an extensive back-of-house program—including artist green rooms, production offices, and management spaces—support the operational demands of a modern entertainment venue while ensuring a seamless experience for performers, staff, and audiences alike.
