The Hub

Located in Downtown Los Angeles’ South Park neighborhood, the HUB is conceived as a turn-key creative village with access to freeways, mass transit and the greater metropolis. Consisting of a complete modernization of an early 20th century warehouse and adjacent automotive repair shop, the building will offer street level amenities including a restaurant/bar and various retail stores.

Organized around a contiguous community core extending vertically through the building, the HUB offers a formal lobby/reception, screening room, recording studio w/ multiple isolation booths, and private production suites on the Ground Level. The Mezzanine Level contains the kitchen and lounge, access to the “porch” of the studio/office cells and views into the lobby. The Second Level houses the office suites and a conference room with views into the lounge and up to the community roof deck and conference rooms. The core operates as a condenser of the village’s various occupants and their clientele. Music, film, design, art, and business professionals mix within the communal spaces of the lobby, lounge, interior porch and roof deck for both social and professional exchange.
